“Overall, I think although there are free resources like Youtube, it can become extremely overwhelming and difficult to pinpoint where to start and can feel impersonal. Whereas this design school is a straightforward and a communicative process of learning vs searching for a youtube video, and then looking through 10 other videos until you find one that helps you LOL. Having a real person/community help guide you through learning design, and in this case, especially with something specific like design for small businesses or employers, can make learning a lot less overwhelming and accessible.
